We bill and collect sewer for the City of Morrsitown and the Town of Bulls Gap that is within our District.

The billing cycle is for approximately 30 days
All meters are read between the 1st and 20th of the month. From these readings the bills are printed and mailed from the 25th through the 28th of the month.
All bills are due on the 10th of the month. A 10% penalty is added to delinquent accounts. Delinquent notices are printed and mailed immediatley after the 10th with the due date stated. All Disconnects are worked the day after the due date.
A $15.00 reconnection fee is required to restore water. The same is required if a representative from the District comes out to disconnect water even though this person does not actually turn water off.
A $25.00 over-time charge is required in addition to the reconnection fee to restore water after 3:00 P.M. or on weekends.
A $15.00 return check charge is required on all returned checks or non-payment of bank drafts.
ALL BILLS MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE!
